Corporate Headquarters

Mr. Hal Swanson is President of C.F.O.S. with research and marketing responsibilities. He started his career in the commodity futures industry on the exchange floor of The Chicago Board of Trade in 1967. One year later, he became the assistant desk manager for Goodbody & Co. on the exchange floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. His career was briefly interrupted in 1969 and 1970 when he served in the Vietnam War as an infantry sergeant with the 101st Airborne Division. Hal became a commodity broker in 1972, and began working with investors and hedgers. Through the years, he has actively traded all major commodity futures and has had exchange members in both New York and Chicago as clients. Besides his futures trading experience, he was an institutional securities broker specializing in fixed income securities and derivative trading. Hal's trading methods have been published in magazines, featured on talk shows, and taught in various cities. Mr. Swanson has been an associate of C.F.O.S. since June 1992 and has given numerous seminars educating people in the fields of commodities and investments.

Mr. Bryan Wright serves as C.F.O.S.'s Chief Operations Officer and IT Provider. He applies his 7 years of experience to help streamline the day-to-day operations of C.F.O.S. He implements and supports the technology infrastructure at C.F.O.S., making sure that all brokers have the tools and resources needed to service their clients. He also spends time staying up-to-date with current technology, and finding new ways to improve the efficency of day-to-day operations at C.F.O.S. Bryan enjoys spending his free time with his family.

Mr. Larry Hoffman is a commodity broker with C.F.O.S. Mr. Hoffman began trading in 1969 and became a licensed futures broker in 1980. Mr. Hoffman has worked with several commodity brokerage firms as an Associated Person. In 1992, Mr. Hoffman became a Commodity Trading Advisor as well as an Introducing Broker. He remained in that capacity until 1996, when he joined C.F.O.S. as an Associated Person. Mr. Hoffman attended Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Mr. Robert C. Yoos, III is a licensed commodities broker with C.F.O.S. He previously worked with a firm based in New Jersey. Duties include trading indices and managing accounts that actively trade both futures and options in currency, metals, and energies. Prior to that Robert had been a consultant with a firm which offered pre-issue private placement underwritings. Duties included investor relations, raising capital, and managing accounts. He also worked at yet another Houston based firm which traded over the counter options on the foreign currency market.

Mr. Victor Guerrero, Jr. is a licensed commodities broker with C.F.O.S. whose focus is on energy futures markets and options on futures. He has over 10 years of energy brokerage experience in the U.S. cash markets, specializing in derivatives. In addition to brokering and trading commodity futures and options at CFOS, he currently owns an energy brokerage and brokers natural gas liquids between major oil producers, refiners, marketers, and traders in the U.S. cash markets. Mr. Guerrero is happy to speak with anyone who is interested in trading commodity futures markets and/or managing portfolio risk regardless of experience, from first-time traders to experienced professionals.

Mr. Andrew E. Culkin is a licensed commodities broker with C.F.O.S. Mr. Culkin has been trading since 1995, specializing in precious metals, and became a licensed broker in 2002. Mr. Culkin has worked with one of the largest auto groups in texas as a sales manager. He then moved on to a national marketing company as a senior sales representative. Mr. Culkin attended the University of Houston and pursued playing football for the Houston Cougars.

Mr. Peter Russell is a Vice President of CFOS and Branch Manager of the Salt Lake City, Utah office.

Mr. Marc Frazier is a licensed commodites broker at the Salt Lake City Branch Office.

Mr. Juarez DeOliveira is Branch Manager of the New York/New Jersey Branch Office.

Mr. Ted Forrest is Branch Manager of one of the Sacramento, CA Offices.

Mr. Colin Sullivan is Branch Manager of one of the Sacramento, CA Offices.
